55+ active-living community in Lake County, Florida

Scottish Highlands contains 650 homes, with approximately 1,200 residents. It is large enough to offer the amenities one might expect in retirement, and there is no possibility of further development. As in any other small city, you may not get to know all of the residents, but through participation in social events such as the soup and sandwich suppers and the pancake breakfasts, you will soon feel at home.

The homes in Scottish Highlands are single family dwellings of conventional construction, with all but 12 built on concrete slabs. You will be pleased to learn that all utility services are underground.
