The amenities at Scottish Highlands are modern and well-maintained. This community features spaces that enhance lifestyles and promote social gatherings.

For Water Activities:

• Scottish Highlands boasts one of Central Florida’ s only heated, indoor, 25-meter swimming pools. The pool is equipped with an access lift.
• The indoor pool area has a large 15-person hot tub, and shower facilities.
• There is also an outdoor pool with sunbathing areas, that overlooks one of our many ponds.

For Social Activities:

• A large Recreation Hall includes a restaurant-style kitchen, a large stage area, professional quality sound system, and extensive seating.
• The Club House is perfect for smaller crowds, and includes a kitchen, sound system, movie and game library, and kiln area.
• These buildings are where monthly breakfasts, dinners, dances and other social gatherings take place.

For Other Activities:

• For the more active residents, Tennis, Pickleball, and Bocce courts are featured.
• An exercise area includes gym equipment and weights.
• Lights in the Shuffleboard and outdoor pool areas allows for evening enjoyment.
• The Administration building includes a library, a billiard room, and meeting rooms.
• Scottish Highlands provides RV and boat storage facilities for a small monthly fee.
